Terms and Conditions
By using the secure dog field at Barks at Bracks Farm, owners agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Your dog(s) vaccinations and wormers must be up to date.
- Each session starts on the hour and last 50 minutes. Field users agree not to arrive on site before the start of the hour and to leave the field on or before 10 minutes to the hour. Users should wait on the grass corner before the dog field if early and not to let their dogs out of the car. Any users that overstay their booked slot will be restricted from using the field in the future.
- If there are any dogs loose on site, users should remain in their car until the problem has been resolved.
- If someone is already in the field with the gate closed when you arrive for your slot, field users agree not to approach the field but to wait in the car and phone Laura on 07552656777. If you have missed your slot because someone was in the field when you arrived, you will be compensated for your slot.
- Field users agree to stay close to their dogs at all times and stop any potential damage to the field or equipment.
- Field users will pick up after their dog and use the bin provided. If dog poo is left in the field, you will not be allowed back to use Barks at Bracks Farm.
- Field users will agree to take away any rubbish/broken toys/treats, so they are not left as a health risk to other dogs. If you find anything left by a previous user, please pick it up and let us know.
- If the dog, or any dogs it has been close to, are showing any poor health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc.) field users agree to cancel their slot.
- Children are not allowed to use the obstacles in the field (they are built and to be used by dogs only) and if seen to do so you will not be allowed to hire the field again.
- Never climb on the fencing for any reason.
- Any holes dug in the field must be refilled.
- If you share your slot with family or friends, it is your responsibility to ensure they have read and agreed to the terms of use.
- All users of the field hire do so at their own risk and agree not to hold Barks at Bracks Farm and its owners responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends and your dog(s) arising from the use of the field.
