Barks at Bracks Farm
Barks at Bracks Farm is a secure adventure field for your dog and is available for exclusive hire. It is set in open countryside, easily accessible from the A6072 Heighington Bypass, near Darlington.
The dog adventure field is set in secluded and quiet countryside, providing dogs with a safe and stimulating environment, giving them the freedom to run, play, explore, learn, discover, and sniff.
Barks at Bracks Farm is an escape to the country for you and your dogs, offering a whole field all to yourselves. Our dog field is designed to offer an enriching and stimulating environment where you can securely let your dog off the lead, practice recall training, try out the obstacles, investigate the different parts of the field or simply to relax and enjoy a change of scenery for you and your dog.
Facilities
At Barks at Bracks Farm we want to make sure we offer something for every dog – size, interest and reason for using our secure dog field.
- Agility equipment – A frame, a ramp, hurdle jumps (with adjustable heights), weave poles and a tunnel
- A variety of natural obstacles such as logs for dogs to enjoy investigating. You can even hide some treats and have fun encouraging them to find them
- A variety of tyres for your dogs (whatever their size) to jump through and jump on – filled with soil and sand offering different textures for your dogs to enjoy sniffing and digging in.
- A box full of dog toys to use in the field
- Coming soon…A shelter to keep owners dry whatever the weather. Here you will find chairs with a table, so you can bring your own drinks or perhaps a picnic
- Fresh running water if your dog gets thirsty
- Dog poo bins and bags – all dog poo must be picked up and disposed of
